Weight Loss

Hey! So in the past 6 years of my life, I haven’t been eating as healthy as I should. I’d go through “kicks” now and then where I’d eat healthy for a month – tops. This is the first time I’d stick to anything.

I currently am utilizing Weight Watchers.

Starting weight: 201.0 Pounds
Starting Date: March 11, 2017
Starting BMI: 35.6 (Height 5’3″)
Goal weight: 140ish
Goal BMI: 24 (Healthy range)

How am I doing it? Just being more conscious about what I’m eating. I don’t have fast food at all anymore. I don’t snack like I used too. I prepare a lot of food in advance – but it isn’t hard. I make a much of grilled chicken and a pot of Mac and cheese and just portion it off.

I do blog about weight loss and my health often, that is what this blog was founded on. I have my struggles too, but in the end I’m seeing and feeling progress – and that’s what matters.
